Terms & Conditions

Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before booking with Gujarat City Cabs.

• Start and end kilometers and hours are calculated from garage to garage.
• Read email communications carefully — they are considered part of the agreement once the booking is confirmed.
• Duty slip must be filled by the customer; disputes will not be entertained later.
• Parking, toll, and interstate entry charges are to be paid directly by the customer.
• Sightseeing will only be as per the pre-discussed itinerary; off-route travel is not permitted.
• In case the booked vehicle is unavailable, a similar category vehicle will be provided.
• Additional charges, if any, must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
• AC may not function in hilly regions or when the vehicle is parked.
• Drivers must not be forced to speed beyond legal limits defined by Indian Motor Vehicles Act.
• Gujarat City Cabs reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time without prior notice.
• For airport/railway transfers, the customer is responsible for timely pick-up scheduling; delays due to traffic are not our liability.
• Please verify all belongings before leaving the vehicle; we are not responsible for lost items.
• In case of vehicle breakdown, we will try our best to arrange a replacement vehicle. Minor issues will be resolved on-site.
• We are not responsible for delays or changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities, strikes, breakdowns, political unrest, etc.
• Drivers will not enter “No Entry” zones and should not be forced into narrow or congested routes.
• Standard driver duty is 12 hours/day. Services beyond that require prior communication.
• In hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing loud music is restricted due to safety concerns.
• Only one pick-up and drop location is allowed unless otherwise mentioned during booking via email.
• If you plan to revisit a location, inform us in advance as it may involve extra parking or entry charges.
• Change in tour destination or route must be informed beforehand. Additional charges may apply for changes.
• Rates are subject to change depending on fuel price fluctuations. If fuel cost rises more than 5%, tariff will be revised.
• At some tourist places, large vehicles are not allowed. Alternative transport will be at customer’s expense.
• Some sightseeing spots require a walk from parking areas. No transport is provided for these short distances.
• Sightseeing will be limited to the points mentioned in the itinerary or route. Extra points may involve extra cost.
• No refund is provided for short stays, missed services, or skipped sightseeing points.
• No refund or cancellation in case of force majeure — weather, disaster, road closures, transport strikes, etc.
• Gujarat City Cabs is not responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or theft during the trip.

Tour Package Terms

• All travelers must carry valid ID proofs (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License with photograph).
• Accommodation may be denied if ID is not provided. Gujarat City Cabs is not liable for this issue.
• Hotels may provide extra mattress instead of bed for extra adult guests. Please confirm in advance.
• Guests must be medically fit to travel. Inform us in advance about any allergies or medical conditions.
• Some budget hotels may not have elevators. Please inform if stairs are an issue.
• Standard hotel check-in/check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in/late check-out may be chargeable.
• Room heaters, Wi-Fi, and room service may incur extra charges at hotels — not included in the package.
• Meals included in the package will be served as buffet or fixed menu. Extras will be chargeable.
• All services are subject to full advance payment. Gujarat City Cabs reserves the right to cancel services without notice.
• Company holds the right to change functionality/features of the service without prior notice.
• Jurisdiction for any disputes will be limited to the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
